Can I Customize My Picnic?

We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Additional fees may be required.

What Food Is Recommended For Our Picnic?

Food/Beverage beyond your complimentary sparking waters is not included but we are more than happy to recommend local vendors, food options & catering services for larger parties upon booking.

Can I Bring Alcohol?

It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of open alcohol laws in the area. Where You Lead Events is not liable or responsible for what drinks clients bring to their event in public spaces/areas.

 

What If There Are Undesirable Weather Conditions?

We cannot refund payments due to weather cancellations. We recommend having a backup location as a secondary option.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We offer a variety of payment options through Zelle, Venmo or cash payments.

There is a $50 deposit fee due upon booking and payment for the remaining balance of your event is due 48 hours before your scheduled event time, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your event.

What Do We Do When We Are Done With Our Picnic?

We will check in 15 minutes before your picnic event is over and we will clean everything up once you are finished. You are responsible for our equipment until our team is able to meet with you. If you plan on leaving early, please inform our team prior.
